CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP provides an excellent opportunity for businesses and organizations to build on existing relationships with the planning community and establish new ones, reaching across New England to promote their services. This event attracts more than 200 planners and associated professionals from Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as from Southern New England and the Eastern Canadian Provinces. Sponsorship is simple and affordable, and can be purchased at many levels, including sponsoring breaks, meals, a reception, or even something of your own creation! More information and sponsorship levels.

Highlights of this year's conference include:

KEYNOTE: Dar Williams will be highlighting her book, What I Found in a Thousand Towns, and sharing some of her music.  Read more about Dar Williams.

AWARDS: Each year NNECAPA recognizes outstanding planners, projects and plans. Visit the NNECAPA Conference site for updates on the nomination process.

MAP 50th ANNIVERSARY: We are celebrating MAP’s 50th anniversary Wednesday evening (Oct. 24th) before the start of the conference.

POINT LOOKOUT RESERVATIONS: Point Lookout is a conference/retreat site with excellent amenities and lodging. There are several towns very close by which will offer folks good off-site accommodations, but to have the best access we expect people will want to stay on the property. We encourage early reservations.  See details on overnight accommodations and how to get the special NNECAPA rate on the conference website. Call (207) 789-2000 for discount conference rates on a first come-first serve basis.
