MAP Executive Board Meeting

Attending: Beth Della Valle, Rebecca Schaffner, Jim Fisher, Noel Musson, Stacy Benjamin, Maureen O’Meara, Jane Lafleur

Note on Quorum: The board discussed whether we have a quorum.  We decided to suspend the charter for this meeting and recommend speaking to the  annual meeting about this issue.

I. Review Minutes - Minutes approved without revision.

II. Presidents Report – Noel Musson

a. Received email seeking a MAP representative for MaineDOT for STPA - Noel will represent MAP, Jim will be representing RCs, Stacy will represent SPO, Linda will represent municipalities

b. Noel has decided to remain on the board, but step down from his position as President.

c. Query about who will be attending the APA Conference – Linda Johns and Anne Krieg are attending.

III. Treasurers’ report - No Report.

IV. MAP Annual Meeting - Jane Lafleur
