Maureen moves that Noel appoint a nominating committee.

Approved with one abstention.

 

Treasurer’s Report

 

Financial situation is good.

Membership renewals have been stronger this year than many years.

Balance         $20,824.77

Checking         $5,569.47

 

Have not been billed for the Southern Maine conference on the importance of place

Deadline –  February 9th

 

Rebecca and Carl paid dues but did not receive newsletters – Jim needs to check the database
